About ITJOBS

Since its launch in 1998, ITJOBS provides the IT recruitment market with a quality tool to find available human resources. From software developers to project managers, it enables the job seekers (applicants) to search for job openings that will meet their specific needs.

In monthly increments, more than 100 new resumes are posted, and this number increases every month. The posted jobs behavior fluctuates due to their temporary availability and are removed from the database after the expiration time.

Site policy

The users of ITJOBS web site are allowed to:

• Post job descriptions providing the content is compatible with the purpose of the site
• Post resumes providing the content is compatible with the purpose of the site
• Delete at any time previous submitted information belonging to own account
• Provide only lawful content appropriate to the site purpose

The users of ITJOBS web site agree not to:

• Use the site to post information which contains threatens, abuses, vulgarities, obscenities, racially or ethnically offensive or that infringes another's rights to intellectual property, publicity, or privacy
• Use the site's free services to perform recruitment in behalf of other companies. You can use the free services only if you are an employer or a job seeker and not a recruitment company

ITJOBS reserves the rights to:

• Deny or restrict access to the site to all who do not comply to the above conditions
• Change and validate posted data to comply with the ITJOBS site purpose,design and database format

Content and privacy

While contact details can be made public via the content of the site, such contact details will not be provided in bulk form to other parties. By using ITJOBS website you are solely responsible for the submitted content. By submitting your resume or job description to ITJOBS you accept to have made public on INTERNET web site or by e-mail distribution, all the submitted information.

Free services

All services dedicated to job seekers are free to use. Such services include:

• Post the resumes online, the resumes are distributed by e-mail list and can be searched online by employers. All resumes are subject to a validation process which can take up to 48 hours. This is valid for new resumes and subsequent changes.
• Searching for job openings and apply for the jobs by forwarding the ITJOBS resume to the employer.
• Have the resume published at http://resumes.ro/<username>

ITJOBS provides free services to employers but their availability is subject to change without notice. One such service is the posting of a limited number of jobs describing open positions inside own company.
